The reservation is final upon receipt of an advance of 50% of the total price, or in full if less than 6 weeks before arrival.
Balance to be paid at the latest 1 month before arrival.

Cancellation?

If you are forced to cancel your holiday, we will offer the room (s) you booked for rent again.
If these are rebooked, we will refund you pro-rata.

If you want extra guarantees, we recommend that you take a travel insurance.

COVID-19

If your holiday cannot take place due to the measures taken in your home country or in France, you will receive a voucher worth the amount already paid with a validity of 18 months.

Attention! This only applies if you are not allowed to travel due to the measures (eg travel ban, closing borders).
